At Slower than a slow feeder, we want you to love your fashion pieces as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
